Dr Rita Behl is a seasoned Ayurveda Physician and Holistic Health Specialist with over 20 years of experience supporting clients across India and Canada. She holds a degree of Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery /M.D. in Alternative Medicine from India, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics. Dr. Behl is also a Certified Holistic Nutritionist in Canada.
Utilizing a holistic approach, she conducts Prakriti analysis to understand each patient’s unique constitution and health needs. Her goal is to provide personalized care that integrates Ayurvedic therapies and Holistic nutrition (Bridging Ayurveda, TCM with Advanced Nutrition) promoting overall wellness and vitality.
